				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What would be a better way to prepare for the following week&#8217;s Unallocated Space (UAS) Community Tech Swap Meet/Garage Sale (6/8), than with a Unallocated BBQ and Sprint Cleaning (5/25)?</p>
<p>Come on out and enjoy an Unallocated BBQ! Whether your a meat and potatoes kind of person or just enjoy snacking on delicious home made foods, there will be something for everyone.</p>
<p>The Unallocated Space welcomes you and your friends to come out and enjoy a bite to eat between 11:30PM and 2PM. We will also begin cleaning/improving the space from 11:30pm to whenever.  Everyone is always welcome to just come and stop by, but your participation is always appreciated.</p>

3. Comparison of FPGA and traditional microcontrollers<br />
4. Explanation of UCF files<br />
5. Uploading a &#8220;Hello World&#8221; program (code is provided)<br />
6. Explain how the hello world program works<br />
7. Modify the hello world program to blink at a different rate</p>
<p><strong>Required Items:</strong></p>
